I’ve been MIA from the blog world lately, and my excuse is pretty lame. In fact, it looks even funnier when I see it in writing. I’ve been in Farm Town.
Ok, that’s not all I’ve been doing, haha. I’ve actually been really busy, but the few minutes I’ve gotten to spend on the Internet this week have been spent on this silly game on Facebook that just last week I was making fun of my co-workers for playing. Now, well, I’m just as bad. So if you haven’t played before, don’t start.
Seriously though, i’m loving boot camp and am planning on continuing next month. I’m super thankful to Beth and Phil at Beach Bodz Fitness for offering a month of free boot camp, because I may have never tried it otherwise. If you are in the Myrtle Beach area, I highly recommend you check them out!
This week I did my first brick workout- a 30 minute swim followed by a 30 minute run and loved it. Also loved the jelly legs off the bike feeling that made me feel like I was moving slower than a snail when I was actually running at an 8:10/mile pace. Sweet.
I’ve got a few product reviews I’ve fallen behind on, but will update tonight. Including: Wrightsocks as a part of the Runner’s Lounge Wrightsock Challenge; HydraPouch; and Pro-Bar.
I’ll be back to my regular blogging, I swear….just as soon as I plant the cabbage and harvest the peppers…haha
