Let’s back up and talk CrossFit…again. I know I’m new to this “sport”, but the one thing I absolutely adore about CrossFit is how it is designed for anyone and everyone all at the same time. Every single workout can be modified. Every single workout is designed to challenge EVERY fitness level. You push YOURSELF to be better, faster, stronger, each time.
And what’s even cooler, is that the CrossFit Games…the world championships for this sport…are open to ANYONE….anywhere. Check this out:

I’ve blogged about it time and time again, that since I have started doing crossfit workouts (both in the local box and on my own…awesome thing about functional training is you can do much of it almost anywhere) I’ve seen massive gains in my fitness, both strength and endurance. And I’m absolutely awe inspired by the everyday athletes who have had AMAZING transformations into stellar athletes with CrossFit.
Over the next few weeks I will be posting more about this amazing opportunity as well as CrossFit, and how you can get started with your own basic WOD’s at home or in your gym. In the meantime, here is one of my all time favorites that you can easily do in your own home or local gym.
