Too stubborn for Galloway.

Too stubborn for Galloway.

Looking at the calendar today I realized that i skipped one whole month of long runs.Uhh, oops? So I decided, what the heck , I feel good, let's go for a half marathon before breakfast. But in an attempt to not kill myself, I'll use the Galloway method. Alright. I'll admit, Mr. Galloway has something going here with his theory. I ran my fastest 1/2 marathon race using this method.
