First off, you people are INCREDIBLE. I never imagined that in the first 36 hours after I posted the awesome running gear raffle to benefit the UCF I would raise $740!!! lab rat and entry fees

Last week in exercise physiology lab, my professor asked for a volunteer to do a VO2Max test. I jumped on the opportunity. I've wanted to do a VO2Max test for a while now, mainly out of curiosity.
